Emin ALPARSLAN

Emin Alparslan graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and completed his master’s degree in Labor Economics at Pamukkale University in 2015.

Having worked within Aydem Energy for many years, Alparslan was appointed General Manager of ELSAN as of July 6, 2026. Standing out with his transformation- and efficiency-oriented management approach, Alparslan is known for his active role in national and international collaborations in the fields of cable, wire, and energy generation.

Alparslan began his career in 2000 as a Purchasing Engineer and gained engineering experience in different sectors before joining Aydem Energy in 2003. Throughout his career of more than 25 years, he has undertaken specialist and managerial roles in sustainability, quality, production, R&D, human resources, procurement, information technologies, and investment.

Prior to his appointment as General Manager of ELSAN, Alparslan led projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and digitalization at energy generation, distribution, and retail companies within AYDEM Holding.

Alparslan also serves as a Board Member of KalDer, which aims to promote a culture of excellence and contribute to increasing Türkiye’s competitiveness and level of prosperity. Through personal development and mentoring programs, Alparslan contributes to the development of young leaders and continues his efforts to create social value by extending his leadership experience beyond the boundaries of the company.
