Emirhan KARAYAY

Mr. Karayay graduated from Kocaeli University and Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration, and completed his Master's Degree at Istanbul University, Institute of Business Economics, Department of Finance Management (MS).
Mr. Karayay started working as a Human Resources Specialist at Şahinler Holding in 1999 and after working as a Human Resources Manager at Yıldız Holding and Matlı Group of Companies respectively, continued her career as a Human Resources Director at Eksim Investment Holding.
Mr. Emirhan Karayay, who joined Aydem Holding as Aydem Holding Human Resources Group Director in 2019, then Aydem Renewable A.Ş worked as Human Resources Director, and between 2020 and 2022, worked as the Human Resources Director of the Electricity Distribution Companies Adm and Gdz of Aydem Holding.
Mr. Emirhan Karayay, who continues his duty as Human Resources Group President within Aydem Holding as of 2023, is also a Member of the Board of Directors at Elsan.
